Aluminum Ball Pin Sets

Bean Tool & Die., Inc. manufactures these aluminum ball pin sets for use in marine applications.  Used for fitting ladders together on the back of a boat, the male and female parts fit together with a radius that allows quick alignment.

Utilizing 6061-T651 aluminum, chosen for its high corrosion resistance, high strength, and ability to be easily coated, CNC turning, drilling, and boring techniques are used to machine the pin sets to within exacting ±.001” tolerances. Close tolerance machining ensures that the parts align properly, even after repeated use. We then apply a 64 micro inch anodized finish for added corrosion and wear protection to ensure a long service life when exposed to marine environments.
