Custom Die Assembly for Extrusion

Bean Tool & Die, Inc. designs and manufactures an array of custom die components, however these particular dies are for the extrusion industry. Using a combination of sawing, milling, and drilling, we mainly use A2 steel to fabricate an array of space plates, punches and dies. We also employ boring, grinding, tapping, and deburring, and hold tolerances down to +/- .0005 to guarantee a superior product.
We heat-treat, assemble, and test our assemblies, and can achieve a material finish of 16 microinches. In addition, we offer a quick turnaround time for each order, and handle orders of 1 to 5 total assemblies.
